economy report and british trade event bugs

2 bugs I've found.

1. The economy report always says your feudal dues collected is zero, (where the colony income and spices collected from your colonies is shown) but the change in your money from turn to turn roughly accurately reflects the predicted change in money from the economy screeen where you change various economy settings.

2.The event for england where you pick whether or not to shut out yours and france's merchants from each others ports has a bug . I reloaded several times and no matter what option I picked trade was blocked.
