Beta Bug: Disband at level 0 port

Problem: If you disband a ship in a level 0 port you can get it out, when you try to create a TF, you get the message "no room at dock"! No port icon is shown at a level 0 port with a ship disbanded. Mouse over shows no ships at Baker Island. No port icon at Baker Island.

Example: I disbanded a sub (I-16) at Baker Island (port 0), then tried created a TF to get the sub back, you get the message "no room at dock"! No way to get the sub back!

I wonder if you built up the port to a level 1 if the sub would reappear?

As far, as I am aware of, you need to go there with another TF and then integrate the "lost ship" via transfer ship from/to option.

See attached file, campaign 2, I repeated it in a different game!

Player Japan: go to Ebon (480) there is a sub there disbanded! You can't get the sub back, when you try to create a TF you get the message "no room at dock"!

If you can disband a ship at a level 0 port, you should be able to create a TF to get the ship back!

I downloaded the save just to see what I could see, and was very surprised to note the problem is intermittent. At first I thought it was slight differences in how I went about things but then carefully cycled through what I believe to be the exact same sequence of clicks multiple times and found that sometimes the sub was greyed out/unavailable for selection; and sometimes it was not.
