beta 1083 LCU POW Without reason

a strange thing appened to 84 chinese corps near Sinyang: are in a hex with enemy units but can' t go to the city, chinese controlled and free of japan units, and can't go tho the rear hex chinese free also...but can go in the forest hex to the east with Japan unit. badly mauled in the turn resolution surrender but in fact it's not sorrounded..

I've had unit other units surrender in similar situation but have never looked into it. It might have something to do with moral, experienc etc. But an reason why would be appreiciated.

I has to do with hex-side control, use the 'w' key to see control.
