v1830c witpstaff problem part 2

I've dealt with the operator headspace issues, but I still can't load a savefile for scenario 1.

Creating the database now seems to produce an empty logfile, which I suppose is good.

Trying to load the savefile produces this:

config.directory is db
Now trying plugin UPGTestPlugin

I had this error yesterday. Apparanalty you need the new pwsdll.dll
Then close everything, restart, make a new database, reinitialize and see what this give...
