can't get infantry onto boots

i am just running into this problem it wasn't like this befor i went into full campaign.. but i can't board any troops onto my ships, i tryed to use AP,xAP but i go to put troops on and nothing shows but i checked to see if there was and there were alot there what is going on?

looking into it further it says i have x amount of ships able to carry cargo or troops and 2k troops avalible but it doesn't show any people on the screen.

The troops need to be in strat mode to be able to load. [8D][:)]

If your troops are in combat mode, they can only load onto amphip task forces.

TF Mission------------->Troop Mode
Transport-------------->Strat
Amphip---------------->Combat

Note: Troops being loaded must also be in an unrestricted command!

What is Troop Mode?

Just use rest and Training (recreation) mode so they can get the deckchairs out, and they can start sunning on the decks. [8D]
