1083 bug; units moving out of Strat mov on own and stopping

I thought I was going crazy but it seems it happened several times at or around these hexes. Units moving on stategic Rail movement and destination set would suddenly stop, set to move orders and have no destination set. I dont know it this happens in other locations, but got suspicious after spotting couple of units. Note not near any bombing. Other units goes right through so don't know if its a map issue.

Hex 47,8 then stops at 47,9. Other unit at 47,9 previously stopped but had no save that could nail down (right at patch over time)
