v1083c Beta - 3rd Australian Division

I've had the 3rd and 5th Australian Divisions accepting replacements, and on rest, since the first turn, in Brisbane. For some reason, the 3rd Australian Division is a 25 pounder hog - it has accumulated 116 of them so far...
