Scen 9 - Where have the USN port dets gone?

The ground reinforcement schedule for December 8 shows three USN Port Svc Dets scheduled to arrive in one day. They don't

We haven't released patch 1 yet.

You may have the beta patch installed but probably not real patch 1.

There has always been an issue with one day delayed LCUs (even in stock), but no-one (I) had never noticed it.
Otherwise, it would have been fixed much earlier.
The issue became more noticeable after the in-game save updated when some LCUs ended up with a delay of 1 day.
