Can't build units

I'm playing as France in the 1792 scenario, currently into 1795. For the last few turns, whenever I click on a province, it won't give me the list of units I can build there even though I know I can build them. Click on any of my provinces, no units. Only after I build a building does the unit selection display show itself, and is available in any province I can build units. But there seems to be no way to build any units unless I also decide to build a building.

I think I have brought this to Eric's attention. I am sure it will be in the next patch.

Augustus, for now what you can do is click on the "production" tab to make sure the list of things you can buy are updated. Or you can click on developments, scroll through a few regions, click on "culture" and then close out and return to the province you want to produce something in. This should give you the updated and current production possibilities.

The work around is very simple, but it is already being fixed apparently.
