Return To Home Port Issue

Greetings:
In the Coral Sea and Marianas scenarios, I have noted that when using the "Return
To ..." button, the home ports will be set to Brisbane and PH, respectively, regardless
of what is showing as the TF home port. Also noted this in the tutorial. It works correctly in the Guadalcanal scen.
Any ideas?
