Midgets: Any luck so far?

Just curious, other than the initial PH attack, what kind of results has anyone gotten from Midgets? Any hits, a CV or anything juicy? Or mostly just lost midget subs?

Midgets seem like they won't be worth the effort, but want to hear from others first.

I would love to get a sub into Pearl and put a torp into Hornet or something like that, wondering if that's remotely possible.....

I have just started with a post PH wave of midgets. Really for the hell of it, sort of along the lines you are suggesting. I have 2 headed for San Fran, 1 headed for Sing, and 2 more about to load. I am going to keep trying just to see what happens. I will let you know [:)]

The AI got an AS in Bombay in my game, but that's the extent of it. Lots of Midget subs show up in the sunk ship list...so obviously the AI has tried many other attacks, but have failed (without me even knowing about it). Most recently they tried San Francisco.
