Are there supplies/fuel in the game? How does work the logistic issue?

Yes, every unit has ammunition and most units have fuel. Ammunition is used when you fight, fuel when you move. When they run out, you can't fight and/or move. Replenishing them takes a turn and uses up some of your resources. It's your choice as to when to replenish a unit and how much replenishment to give it.
