copy of Tow to drive e cd

I am not great at computers and dont know if what I am doing is right, I purchased the download version of this game only, I usually get the cd disk but this time I did not, I am copying the download onto my cd E drive in case I have to reconstruct my computer back to the day I bought it, I also purchased the insurance to protect me for 2 years against losing the TOW download, will I be able to load the cd wr back into my computer to play the game? In other words is this like a hard disk copy of the game?

You mean writing on CD/DVD (burning)

As far as I know, if you purchased download version you can burn downloaded files on CD/DVD, copy them to other drive (disk partition, pen-drive etc). It is your copy and you can do whatever you want with those files (of course for your own usage).
