V1084 locks up with previous save

Well reloaded my scen 1 save did not have beta patch just standard game plus first minor patch, accepted the changes with the Y key and the game locks up as it jumps around setting cap and other items before it goes into game resolution , always does this on west coast picture. Game was to Jan 21st 1942, no biggie I can start again but if you want to look at it, here is the file

I was allied vs AI, basic setup, no biggie can always restart, have XP home edition computer.

also restarted new game vs AI and it ran fine, so must be something is converting the save.
