Update won't execute

Performed the "Check for Update" feature, it found an update, but failed to execute.

I was asked to repeat the procedure, which I did X3 , but failed.

Then it said to contact Matrix, so here it is.

PATCH1 has not been released yet, only beta patches have been released, available from Members area. PATCH1 will be released soon and the "Check for Update" feature will start working.

You can also download the new patch directly from Matrix website you do not have to use the update procedure.

I cant load it from matrix either, actually the email sends you to the matrix products page. I tried going to the products page directly, and still couldnt load it. Got message that server might be down.

I just checked and both the update server and our downloads server are working fine.
