I find my mouse lags and scrolling is a bit jumpy. another thing u need to be precise with the mouse when clicking on a unit. Sometimes your not precise the unit shoots off to some unwanted destination

I think this has to do with the screen resolution , lower it and you might see a different

Or lower the anti-aliasing, if you have it on. Usually mouse lag or jumpiness is an indicator that your system may not be keeping up.

Often, yes, but I don't think so in this case. I think there is something else at work. The game isn't terribly demanding, system-wise, and even on systems that can run graphics intense 3D shooters and MMOs with aplomb the mouse is imprecise. I don't find it that horrible, by any means, but it is noticeable. It's a bit "floaty" for lack of a better term.
