Zero pilots vanishing? v 1.00.84

Ok, I seem to be having a problem with my CV Zero pilots vanishing with no explanation. I have a Japanese CV TF in port in Singapore (they've been there for a few turns now), I have replenished the pilots one turn only to return the next turn and see the pilots I added have vanished. Any idea what's going on here? It seems to only be happening to the Fighter pilots, my attack pilots seem to stay steady from turn to turn. This was happening under the earlier versions (at least the beta) also. Another thing is that this isn't ship specific, as I have 3 CV/CVL's in this TF and it happens to all of the Zero squadrons on board those carriers, but again NOT to the Val or Kate squadrons. Okay, I think I have found whats upsetting the pilot counts.
MIA and KIA pilots are still kept on the group's pilot lists.
Some parts of the code don't know this and are counting them as 'active' pilots as they have no delay set.
Made this consistent with rest of code.
