Thanks for the post.
Seems the CM boys just don't get Close Combat.

Little things like playing on slow speed and checking LOS before completing deployment just go over their heads.

A clickfest CC is not unles you play it like a silly girl with all your teams running all over the board.

The comment about being shot at from unseen enemies from off screen only demonstrates that  the silly girl syndrome is rife amongst the posters there.
