replentish CV problem

I've got a problem replentishing my CVs at Soerbaja. It's a size 7 port w/ naval support active, plenty of supply 25k & I can dock the CVs as individual ship TF & refuel/replintish AA ammo but the a/c sorties don't replentish. What am I missing here to get my sorties to replentish? I've looked through the manual & didn't see anything that would answer why I can't [&:]

Do you have enough planes in the first place?
Are there other suqadrons competing for the same planes?

This isn't replacement planes, it's the sorties supply on each CV, though each isn't hurting on torp sorties due to few torp attacks made during sailing to Soerbaja.

The manual describes this on pages 284-288, but I don't see anything that should prohibit reloading of sorties. Is it all sorties or just the torps?

I'll look back again at those pages to see if there's something I missed on those. The ships replentish aa ammo & fuel but not a/c sorties. I'm not sure on the torp as they weren't any used in the trip to the base as I never really got into torp range (Devastators) of any IJ tfs so they're at max but it's the normal (bomber) sorties that were used on the trip. It does say something like "not able to fully replentish" type msg when I try it so there's something I'm missing just don't know what [&:]

Sometimes it takes 2 days to replenish CVs.  They refuel first, then restock sorties second.  If the ship was low on fuel and low on sorties, it will probably take 2 days.

That must've been it as I left them disbanded in port & ran a turn under the new patch to see what would happen & they refilled the sorties but shouldn't they have at least filled some if not all used sorties if they had left over op points which I think there was some op points left? After running turn, I looked at the carriers to see & they had used all their op points for the new turn during the overnight resupply of sorties. I forget what they had on the old turn but will reload that turn to see what they used during that turn to see what they would've left.
