crashing to desk top

I have played 5 moves of my new game 39 mod and so far no trouble, but in playing d-day mod I have crashed 3 times in a row after 6 moves please help.

Right after game crashes please upload here (or send to bleck[at]bitterglory[dot]com) compressed Autosave folder and ConsoleOut.txt from ToW's root directory.

Since I loaded the newest nvidia driver on sept.11th I have not had one crash since, so the crash was not the games fault nor did I ever say it was if anyone else is having trouble with crashing updating your driver may help.

I downloaded this patch 1.60 and then the other to data/gfx and the game will start, however after you select what country you want to play, then hit start game the game crashes to desktop.
