Training Command Efficiancy

Post by Historiker »

I've searched the whole manual but can't find anything usefull.

What's the efficiancy of experts sent to the training command? I've sent about 80 or 90 into it and found no difference in the numbers!

Results are shown in Ops report 1st day every month (and only then).

I had thing like:

"64 pilots received accelerated training for US Army"
"24 pilots received accelerated training for US Navy" etc.

How many of your pilots are in training command?

For US Army, about 10-12. Others I do not remember, but very few.

I think effect is very marginal if your pilot pools are reasonably full. It may have effect later in war for Japan if reserve pool starts to get thin. I have 6200 pilots in US Army pilot pool...so 64 accelerated is not very big thing...

Well, this sounds really great! As I'm going to play the Japs, its hopefully worth it. I'm going to put as many experts into the training command as possible :)
