CTD After Spain Joins Axis

The game crashed for me after Spain joined the Axis.

I found the reason of your CTD. It is mistake in one of event. It was fixed in hotfix provided few days after ToW was released and you can download it from Matrix members section if you register(ed) your copy of game. It also fixes few other bugs from first release.
