1084 - Replenish at sea replenished Fuel cargo on AO

not sure if this has already been reported (haven't read every post) but....

pretty sure in 1084 that replenish at sea replenished Fuel cargo on AO's - it also may have created the fuel as it filled all the fuel tanks

We know that replenishment is bugged under 1084. Smart people are working as fast as possible to fix it.
