Thank you for your reply. I read the post and where there is a lot of technical information it doesn't help me get started.

I think I need to restate my question. I am starting from zero with WitPStaff. Does anybody have a "Getting Started" guide?

Sorry, Please look in the War In The Pacific Admiral's' Edition\tool\witpstaff folder and click on the witpStaff-docs.pdf file it is the instruction booklet for WitPStaff.
