1.6 GUI Glitch

there is a duplication of a pop-up box in the new patch.
...image to follow.
It is a distorted copy of the box below.
probably an error code in the appearance.csv file.
I reinstalled the complete game to ensure it was not my error from modding.
appeared at 1900x1200 res and 1024x768 res

This is not a glitch :D This is panel with buttons for hex-actions (actions you can perform on selected hex - build mulberry and unload naval unit). Those actions are not allowed for currently selected hex so they are grayed.

trying to mod counters at the moment, and having a little melt down...tough day at the office.
