1084 unknown HQ for air unit

Transport unit has command as "unknown"

Unit 4207 22nd TS located at Melborne

Can you attach it to a HQ?

Yes, the "attached to:" was yellow and I assigned the unit to the fifth airforce successfully.

I also found the 21st TS set to unknown and was also able to change it to a HQ.
