Since we are in open beta I will report this here. In the dialog explaining the SS, the first dialog on this subject the 'Rely on conscripts" label is not present.

file events_02_germany.xml, line 3809 is:
<description>ZID_244_op1</description>
should be:
<description>ZID_244_op2</description>
