Countries.csv

Bleck,
I realise the country colours are hex. could you explain the 4 numbers please
ie. 77;1;Dummy;0x00FFFF01;0x00000001;0x00FFFF01;0x00000001;

I want to turn 'dummy' into SS units.
anyone had a look at starting values?
can dummy units share a country's data, or do I need to turn Slovakia for example into 'SS'?

Actually, only first color is used by game:
77;1;Dummy;0x00FFFF01;0x00000001;0x00FFFF01;0x00000001;
This is generally country color that is used to colorize counters backgrounds, hexes and minimap highlights.

"dummy" country should not be edited, you can edit other existing country or add new one (although in case of adding new one you need also to edit some other files)
