What if the Serial Number is not on the CD?

Did you actually receive a shipment directly from Matrix with no SN? Email Erik and he will be happy to help if this is the case.

Thanks - although I recommend Terminus remove the email address from his post to defeat crawlers (hostile software).

Turns out if you go to Digital River Customer Service - and note at the top of the page the link "if you have trouble with"
a list of things including SN - it gives you a form to enter your order no on - and that generates a report with your SN for that
particular shipment. Apparently it takes time to get replies from customer service at either Matrix or Digital River - but
I was able to figure it out before anyone replied. I post the solution in case it is helpful for anyone else. Why it shipped without
being printed on the CD is a mystery (given what the software says when you run it - it should be on the CD)?

My posting Erik's email address is in keeping with his own previous actions. Otherwise I would never have done it.

As for the serial number, I don't think it's usually printed on the CD. When you bought it, you should have received a receipt e-mail with the serial number.

The serial number is printed on the CD as well as sent through the email when you pay.
