No TF Return to Buttons

I had two Australian task forces, both under the Australian Command HQ, and neither of them had the Return to <port name> display on the bottom of the task force screen.

Is this a bug or should that be happening?
PO2 US Navy (1980-1986);
USS Midway CV-41 (1981-1984)
Whidbey Island, WA (1984-1986)
Naval Reserve (1986-1992)

Was it a full map or small map scenario?

Probably the TF is already at the highest level return port.



Example: If TF at Pearl and destination is also Pearl.
