1084e aircraft upgrade bug?

Hi,

i've found a problem in upgrading Catalinas (from PBY-4 to PBY-5).
There some PBY-5 in the pool, but i can't upgrade my PBY-4
Here some sreenshots...



Or what is the reason for this?

supply at suva? HQ air present? and are you sure that pby 5 in pool are US? i think it was dutch...

It is confusing, turn off all nationalities and then only turn on US Navy and see which one shows up.

They are dutch.
I'm just before capitulating to AE.
I love WITP! And certainly AE makes anonther big point.
But it's a critique point that this details have to be painstakingly researched.
Since you can only be glad that 20 other nations are not integrated into AE which perhaps also flying the Catalina.

But as it may.. thanks for your help!

I'll need to do something to help that.
It is fine for Japan with only 2 'nationalities' but with about 13 Allied ones it is a bit more difficult.
