do destroyed veh provide cover?

If a tank or half-track is destroyed during a battle, will a squad be able to move behind it and get any benefit from cover?

thanks,

I think a little. I use them at any rate. Maybe I've just been lucky when I have.

I don't think they do. At least, they didn't in Winter Storm. Turn on the topography map to see if it was updated when a tank dies.

im pretty confident that the AI map doesnt get updated. but i thought maybe the LOS model would see the vehicle as a LOS blocker to some extent.

Thanks

Well it wouldn't be that. Nothing changes that AI topgraphy map.

It would be enemy AI sighting you.
