Screwy Supply Italian Style

Playing Italy solo - all other countries AI

Italy still neutral - conquered Yugoslavia

Italian cites are getting supplies from Yugoslav cities and it seems to be preventing reinforcement. [&:]


OK, so it turns out its just a peacetime supply thing but it is still unusual.

I have reached this point in my AAR and I have never seen anything like it. Even a unit in Rome has supply of 15. Is this by design?
