1084e surrendered unit evaporates fragment LCU

Had almost evacuated 2/15 Punjab Bn by air from Sambas. In fact last round of evacs should have moved the last Inf (2)x0 and left MSup (1)x0.

Base taken and the remnants of unit (parent) surrenders and the fragment in Batavia (majority of unit 2/15 Punjab Bn/1) disappears.
Should have become parent.

save just before running turn.
