Yea, That sucks! I'm looking into this one and I'm not sure where to go??? Gonna be a tough one. BTW: I did notice that I was only getting +1 bonus??? It listed the heavies and nation bonus but the mod number was only 1.

That should be correct, Marshall. The EiA naval rules limited bonuses to a max of +1, so unless something is different in EiH, what you have coded is accurate.

I'm with Ted on this. When using the original EiA naval combat table, the max die modifier of +1 should be used too.
 
And it was in any rerun I did!
 
(I think there was a major discussion on this a while back, and max of +1 was kind of where it ended up.)

Wow! I fixed this yesterday and it should find itself in 1.07.01
This was a very odd situation that I'm still not sure how to handle BUT I am preventing the retreat to the enemy port now!
