Aircraft in training at set up

it' s appear that aircraft with training setting (40) at game start not really start to trainig before you change orden manually: i've not touched the WC squadrons to today and after five turns of play no 1 single pilot have exp or skill advance

Training is slow at the moment.
This is being looked at for the next patch.
