Om the first turn, no Allied infantry units are close enough to a port for ab amphib landing.

As I recall, the scenario doesn't start on June 6, but a month or so earlier. So you can move units into position

Check you dont already have units at sea.

OK, I do have a fleet with 8 Amphib ships, but I can't fond how to land them from the fleet.

I found the answer by searching this forum; the manual and tutorial were no help.

Speaking of the tutorial, how is that lone division supposed to take Warsaw?
