UBoat strikes problem + tab problem

1. Minor problem for me, however the Brits care: As the Axis, I accepted peace with Britain after overrunning England. Unfortunately the UBoats strike again event still fires most every turn.

2. A frozen Turkish unit at Bursa can be selected a part of the tab cycle. If movement is attempted, the game freezes hard. Zip file = 528K; too large to attach. [:(]
