Intermittent russian activation in 42

Hi.

In my 1042 game against the Japanese AI I am getting an unreapeatable but frequent russian activation in may 42.

When I rerun the save, the activation is not repeatable, but I have seen it happend 3 times within a week now ...

I hope you can do something with this save...

Update game using latest patch then d/l latest hot fix 1084e.
 
Are you running any turns as Japanese player when soviets activate?
