Guadacanal PBEM

Post by cantona2 »

I am sure i read that in the patch some of the units in restricted command in this scenario were going to be released. I am attaching a screenie of the Noumea garrison. I am sure that the Americal was to be in an unrestricted HQ considering its role in the Guadacanal Campaign.

Totally disregard if I have either read things wrong or got them arse about face.

Thanks

As I recall, what Nik changed was that many Allied units which were in PERM restricted commands would now be in REGULAR restricted commands. Hence they would now be release-able upon payment of PP, whereas in the GOLD release, they were not.

Thanks Joe. So the PP cost must be paid whereas before it was impossible to move the units due to being restricted.
