navel movement

ok I cannot figure out this area.. Seems I either load troops in AM sea trans or the other??? and the units vanish?
ODD using a desktop sys with lots of memory, I tink it could be UE, but in the dday scenario there is an unload troops button, I take a port, load lots of troops and then get a erro when I click on the amphibiuos invasion button stating no troops at sea or already moved, next turn the same? I really could use a manual, the one in the game is very lite
