CL Leander problem in Gudalcanal Scen

I had the CL Leander turn up and its a/c component as well but as can be seen in the screenie the Walrus' did not come on board and there is no way i can transfer them to the ship. Is this WAD?

If already been addressed then apologies and i shall search for the answer, cheers!

I am seeing it, too.  1.084 patch level.

The first patch fixed it by updating the group portion of the save, but that portion should not have been updated due to other problems that got introduced by trying to update stuff that was already in use.
The hotfix limited the save update to what was safe to update.

In my games, I have just moved all the groups (bar one) ashore so that the ship can operate the planes.
