Any way to turn off unit auto upgrades?

Any way to turn off unit auto upgrades?

Title says it all. Namely, as the offensive side. Playing BOB 1940 and would like to decide who gets what, rather than the STAB units upgrading just as soon as they can, dilluting the better craft into 4 plane penny packets. Galland can have his wright flyer and should be grateful for it! [:D]

The answer is "kinda".

You can't switch off the Auto upgrade, but once you "manually" change a unit's a/c; it can only be changed manually in the future.

PS, There are a few hard coded unit's that will be withdrawn, upgraded to different classes, and then reappear months in the future.
