after the results from the day before, I have shifted my B-17s, my P-38s and one of the P-39 groups over to Sicily

Can you give us a sense of how you're using the P-38s to get such good results? What altitudes, etc?

to be honest, is the 38 or is the enemy, I nailed alot of MC 200, on the first day, then worked over some MC 205s (now those are not bad)

will say, been a little lucky, all of my damaged have made it home, a lot times, damaged will get picked off or crashed

but, knowing they are not the best at high alt, have kept them about 4000 feet above the raids, and keep the raids to 15 K

that is a little more dangerous vs the 109s, as they are going to be coming down on them

had two missions with no losses, 3rd day, lost one of my top guys, but still only lost one, so they are doing well

had another weather day

the Axis numbers in Sardina have increased, they will not pull back from the coast or the toe, and they are paying for it

have run so many turns, everything is blurring
