How are aircraft parts (from CFAC) used for aircraft repair ?

not for repair, but for building

each aircraft type needs 3 things, the right frame, the right engine and the right part

(parts can mean almost anything)

Would it be possible to modify the repair system so it does need at least on matching part if an aircraft is damaged beyond a certain point ?

that would put a lot of strain on the Production system, that is already going to be strained, also, would give the Allies, a easy target

lets see how the next verison works out, we getting some stuff we been wanting for a while in right now
