How to start BOB PBEM Game?

I need some help starting a PBEM game of BOB.

I started the game as the Brits, saved it to slot 2 and sent it to my opponent. He did his bit as the Germans, saved to slot 3 and sent it back to me.

When I try to load the saved game and select the file in slot 3 I am getting a message that says "The users on this system are not authorized to load this saved game".

Any ideas where we may have gone wrong?

check with him, to be sure he is ending his turn, and not making a save during the turn and sending that to you

other then that, I am not sure

we got though a number of PBEM games during testing
