Formations - Are units linked to each other?

Eagle Day to Bombing of the Reich is a improved and enhanced edition of Talonsoft's older Battle of Britain and Bombing the Reich. This updated version represents the best simulation of the air war over Britain and the strategic bombing campaign over Europe that has ever been made.

Formations - Are units linked to each other?

Post by terry1040 »

Let say I use Stab/St.G.77 equipped with Ju 87B-2 as lead unit.
Is it beneficial to use in the same raid the units of I./StG.77, II./St.G.77 or can I also use I./St.G.1 (also VIII Fliegerkorps).
What will happen if I use another Fliegerkorps?

In my fantasy world, I like to think that flying the historical combat wings together adds a +1 to defensive fires. [;)]
I also think, having the unit assigned to its historical bases helps in repairs, too!

But, the only thing I can prove is my historical knowledge gets a +DRM. [:D]
