Eagle Day - Primary Airfields for the Germans

Are the German Geschader also affected by the 4 Squadron/primary airfiled limitation in Eagle Day that goes for the British?
I see quite a few airfields at start of the campaign that have more units on operation.
So I guess I should move them to better locations in order to avoid the negative effect of overstacking?
