Which altitudes for which aircraft?

In WITP:AE, the aircraft database shows the maneuverability of aircraft at various altitudes. In BTR, I only see one maneuverability rating in the database, so it's hard to know what altitude to fly a P-47 or Me-109. Is there more specific information for each aircraft?

When this has been asked in the past we were told that we would have to learn from our own observations and historical knowledge. Much of the inner workings of the game are known only to the programmers, even the beta testers were not privvy to such information.
 
From my understanding aircraft now have different performance ratings at different altitude bands, ie FW 190A starts to drop off at 20K+ etc. I don't know what the actual bands are or any actual figures for different a/c types but you can soon tell what performs well at certain altitudes.
 
At some future date I would still like to know the actual figures.
