Staff plotting recons

Another noob-ish question. How do I get staff to plot Allied recon, 43 campaign? I recall it being intuitive in the original, but can't seem to figure it out here.

go to set bomber targets

at the top you set some of the rules for the staff to follow, range, clouds and what not

pick the command

pick the target type

click on plot all recon

and you get

[Hard Sarge]

click exit and it takes you back to the set bomber page, if your done, exit, if you want more recon, if you want different recon, or other commands, when done, you got your missions

you may have to click it a couple time, the AI only plots what it wants to, if there are 50 targets, you may have to push it a little to get it to go after all of them
